Represent Member Industries
Carry the interests of member enterprises forward as one collective, credible voice.
About
MIWA is a government-recognized industry association representing more than 600 manufacturing and service enterprises across IMT Manesar.
Who we are
The Manesar Industries Welfare Association brings manufacturing and service enterprises of IMT Manesar together on a single platform — representing member interests, coordinating with government departments and helping resolve the matters that affect day-to-day operations.

To build the most connected, compliant and globally competitive industrial ecosystem in IMT Manesar — where every member enterprise, large or small, grows with shared strength.
What we do
Carry the interests of member enterprises forward as one collective, credible voice.
Facilitate structured communication between member industries and government departments.
Help member units take industry-related issues to the right authority and follow them through.
Promote collaboration and working relationships between neighbouring enterprises.
Support industrial development and the sustained growth of member enterprises.
Organize knowledge-sharing, business, social and networking initiatives through the year.
Member-focused approach
Member enterprises raise the matters they face. MIWA takes them up with the relevant department, keeps the member informed, and shares the outcome with the wider membership so the whole estate benefits.
Directly with the MIWA office or through a committee member.
The subject decides which MIWA committee takes it forward.
Representation and follow-up with the concerned department.
Members are updated through circulars, meetings and events.
Industry ecosystem
MIWA connects the different parts of the estate — enterprises, service providers and government departments — so that industry can operate with fewer obstacles.
Production units, engineering shops and component manufacturers across the estate.

It is an honour to serve as President of the Manesar Industrial Welfare Association (MIWA) and to work alongside the industries, entrepreneurs, workers and stakeholders who make Manesar one of the region's most important industrial destinations.
My vision is clear: to build a stronger, more connected and more responsible industrial community where industries grow, businesses prosper and people look forward to a better future.
As Manesar grows, so does our responsibility. MIWA must be a strong voice of the industry, bringing common concerns to the authorities, engaging meaningfully with government and stakeholders, and working towards practical solutions. It must also be a platform for collaboration, where members share knowledge and best practices, support innovation and build stronger business networks.
The future of Manesar rests on modern infrastructure, safety, cleanliness, sustainability, efficient civic services, skilled manpower, technology adoption and a business-friendly environment. Progress must also be inclusive. Economic growth, social responsibility and environmental sustainability must move together, with the well-being of workers and the surrounding community at the centre.
Challenges will always come, but when industries speak with one voice and work constructively with the authorities, we can create lasting change. I invite every member to take part in this journey. MIWA is a collective platform created by the industries, for the industries.
Together, let us build a stronger MIWA and a better Manesar.
Rajesh Gupta
President, Manesar Industrial Welfare Association (MIWA)
